Ah Chia's Birthday Celebration Part 1 (Morning Ceremony) Part 1

These are the pictures taken on that day. Enjoy!

The doorgifts that we ordered... All together there are 150 sets
ready to be given out.

Everyone was told to gather at Achia's house in the morning. First, we had nasi lemak for breakfast and then the tea ceremony started at about 10 am.
Before the ceremony started, we were gathered in a room to sign on a card that was going to be given to grandma on that day.

And this is the card after being signed by everyone present. By the way, the Chinese wordings on the envelope of the card is written by Miranda.

The card was then given to grandma by our youngest cousin, Chow Wei Bhin.

THE STAR OF THE DAY!

Before the tea ceremony began, a jade necklace and a pair of earrings bought by all grandma's 14 children were given to her.

The tea ceremony started with the eldest son, Uncle Richard and was then followed by the eldest grandson, Glenn Chow.

The others will be posted soon! Stay tuned!
